If you experience problems connecting to your iCloud account when adding your flights by IMAP, it may be due to the app-specific password that allows you to securely sign-in to your account when using third-party apps with your Apple ID. App-specific passwords are single-use passwords for your Apple ID that help you securely sign in to your account to access the information you store in iCloud from third-party apps.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Apple ID account page.

  2. In the Security section, click Generate Password below App-Specific Passwords.

  3. Follow the steps on your screen.


After you generate your app-specific password, enter or paste it into the password field of our app as you normally would.
