Sometimes, the flight's scheduled departure or arrival time in the app is different from the times reflected on your e-ticket. 


This may occur when the airline doesn't transmit the updated schedule to us. If the flight is a month and more away, the scheduled time should update closer to the departure date.


If it isn't updated two to three weeks prior to your departure date, we would appreciate if you contact us via the feedback form in the app settings, so we can update the schedule.
