There are the several ways to sync purchases on your devices.
If you have iOS, then go to Profile > Settings > tap on Try subscription at the top and select Restore purchases at the bottom.
Also in iOS, you can open the Profile > Settings > Manage Subscriptions. Clicking on this section will open the iTunes Store with a list of all your subscriptions. Please check the availability of your subscription here.
If you have Android, open our application, on the left in the menu, select Settings > Manage Subscriptions. Click on "Restore purchases" and your subscription will be restored and synced.
In order to sync the subscription across devices, you need to be logged in on both devices, using the same account.
