Make sure you are logged on with the same email and accounts (Facebook, Google, etc) on both devices. Then to go the Trips screen and make "Pull to refresh" in order to pull the latest data about your account. If that doesn’t help, let us know via the feedback form. 


If flights are not synced between an Apple Watch and a device, open App in the Air on the iPhone/iPad, then select any flight. You may need to repeat the process several times. This should force a connection update.


You can also follow these steps:
1. Open the WatchApp on your iPhone
2. Check if you installed App in the Air
3. Uninstall the App for the watch
4. Install it once again for your Apple Watch
5. Open our App on iPhone
6. Then open our App on your Apple Watch.


Android

NOTE: if you have a lot of flights, it may take a while to sync them. Just leave the app. open for a few minutes.
