Make sure you are logged on with the same email and same accounts (Facebook, Google, etc) on both devices. If that doesn’t help, let us know via the feedback form.


If flights are not synced between an Apple Watch and a device, open App in the Air on the iPhone/iPad, then select any flight. You may need to repeat the process several times. This should force a connection update.


Android


Make sure you are logged on with the same email and same accounts (Facebook, Google, etc) on both devices. If that doesn’t help, let us know via the feedback form in the app's settings.



NOTE: if you have a lot of flights, it may take a while to sync them. Just leave the app. open for a few minutes.
