The good news is, you can sync your purchase across devices! Don't worry, we will help.


You need to:

  1. Connect the same account you did previously.
  2. Wait for a while.
  3. Restart the app. 


Go to Profile > Settings > tap on Try subscription at the top -> select Restore purchases at the bottom.


Go to Left menu > Settings > Manage Subscriptions > Restore Purchases

If you still unable restore it, send a feedback from the app's settings to contact our support team.
