Can not sync Qantas Frequent Flyer account

Trying to sync my Qantas FF account in the wallet but it will not work. It was working up until about a month ago. It keeps asking for the Qantas account security question answers which when entered just goes into a loop asking over and over again. Meanwhile I am receiving text messages from Qantas with the login code for 2 factor authentication but nowhere available in the app to enter the code. Have tried entering the login code instead of answer to security question, still doesn’t work. What is solution please?

12 months later and it’s still not working.

Dear Glen, I've checked your requests to add these loyalty programs. It seems that the Qantas don't get any reply from your side when asked the security questions, to enter the code that they send or input the postcode. So can you please try to open the website and check your login credentials and security questions here? Can you log in after that?
